About The Artist

I have always had a love for art and photography since I received my first camera as a birthday gift in 1995.  I took general art classes in high school, as well as introductory photography classes at Moore College of Art. While in high school I had several water colors and an oil painting displayed at the Philadelphia Museum of Art in a Young Artists program.

I graduated with a B.S. in Photography from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.  Besides photography I studied drawing, figure study, color theory, 3-D art and painting.  My senior thesis photography project was shown at the Vox Populi Gallery in Philadelphia, PA in 2006.

I have worked as a youth and school sports photographer and I also shoot the occasional wedding.  I currently am the horse racing photographer for World Wide Racing Photos Inc. at Harrah's Chester Casino and Racetrack.  In my free time, I generally photograph landscapes and historic places locally in the Bucks County, Pennsylvania area and compete locally in the Silver Lake and Churchville Nature Center photo contests.

In 2010 I started painting again using acrylics and an airbrush on clayboard and scratchboard.  I will be offering paintings for sale along with my photography in the near future.
